About

"Who looks outside, dreams. Who looks inside, awakens." Carl Yung

* Therapist * Mentor * Growing up as a child of Immigrant parents, I remember struggling to understand the complexity of my identities and the intersectionalities that it encompasses such as gender roles, culture, and navigating relationships. I think about what it would be like to have a support and someone who can understand to some degree the cultural and environmental nuances in growing up in an Immigrant Household. I specialize in people who are First and Second Generation of Immigrant families. I help them gain a better sense of themselves by practicing self-awareness and compassion through their exploration of identities. I support them in recognizing their narratives they've developed from experiences, and in turn; support them in creating more confident versions of themselves. I'm licensed in both New York and Colorado. I am paneled with New York insurances only at this time.
